"Nessamelda" means "an evergreen and fragrant tree that grew in the province of Nísimaldar in Númenor, where it was brought from Tol Eressëa by the Elves. The name apparently means 'beloved of Nessa' in Quenya." =D
Each of the evergreen aventurine gemstone beads is wire-wrapped with tiny silver-plated headpins into a lovely posy cluster pendant and dangles off a silver plated chain. Aventurine has a stabilizing effect on the emotions. It is said to increase perception and creative insight.
The chain measures 20" long and aventurine clusters pendant measures 0.9".
This necklace is priced at USD13/RM41. This falls within the limited edition range of jpbeads' handcrafted jewellery. There are only 2 similar design Nessamelda available and I have sold 1 of the 2 pieces.
